二、研究方向

（1）血液干细胞损伤反应或者体外扩增；

（2）肿瘤耐药机制。

三、应聘条件

（1）申请者应有博士学位和学历，具备分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学、或医学方面的坚实科研背景；

（2）申请者有干细胞或肿瘤相关研究经验，发表过较高水平的sci学术论文优先考虑；

（3）申请者应具备较强的独立科研能力、进取心和良好的敬业精神；

（4）申请者应具备较好的英语写作和表达能力。

四、工作待遇

（1）提供高水平的实验平台及科研环境；

（2）提供强竞争力的工资待遇（年薪25-33万人民币）；

（3）保证博士后的租房公寓（2室1厅：1875元/月，拎包入住）；
